Most orders ship within 1–5 days unless the item is labeled as custom in which we will discuss a timeframe. I'm a mom running this shop from home, so I appreciate your patience and support!

I am not responsible for packages lost due to typos or old addresses. Once your order is handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, I no longer have control over delays or losses. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your package is on the way.

Because every item at Under the Moon is handmade with love and created in small batches, all sales are final, I do not offer returns or exchanges. This includes all ready-to-ship and custom pieces. As a one-woman, home-based business, this policy helps protect the time, energy, and materials that go into each unique creation.
